In the Fall of 2008, our firm had the opportunity to work with the alumni association for the historic Baton Rouge High School. The organization wanted a fresh new identity package including logo, letterhead, and an interactive website. The logo to the left consists of a custom illustration of the BRHS bulldog. We worked very closely with the alumni association to make sure we maintained the great tradition of the school. We conducted research for the project by talking to current alumni, reviewing several old school yearbooks, and discussing our design audit thoroughly with the alumni association executive director.

We are more than just a pretty face.
Once we finalized the new logo and usage guidelines, we were ready to move forward with the new Baton Rouge High School Alumni Association website. The website is the central hub for alumni to learn about upcoming events, news, and useful links. We finished the website in record time, and we exceeded our client’s expectations. Our firm designed the corporate identity and website for Louisiana based real estate company, Hager Realty. The logo consists of a green circle along with the slogan “Let’s Move.” The green in the logo creates a feeling of action and movement, and of course the icon looks like a ball that could start rolling at a moment’s notice. We felt the logo was unique for the real estate industry.

The website first welcomes the user with a splash screen that helps the user decide which area of the state of Louisiana they want to visit. Then, we developed specific websites for each area (Alexandria, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans). The website contains a variety of features such as a calculator that shows the customer’s savings when doing business with Hager, a calculator that helps the user determine how much they can afford for a house, and a way for potential customers to browse current real estate listings.
